Catherine is the Founder of HooperHyde. She has worked in the legal profession since 2004 at large corporate firms. In that time, she has acted for all types of clients from individuals to small enterprises and multi-national corporations.
In 2018 Catherine became a self-employed consultant solicitor.
When she started out on her own, she soon saw how many businesses weren’t accessing legal advice at key points in their business lifecycle. Sometimes because it was prohibitively expensive, sometimes because they didn’t realise they needed it, sometimes because they didn’t know what kind of advice they needed or what was available to them.
So, Catherine decided that she needed to offer a service that met all of these pain points. And that’s when the idea for HooperHyde was born.
