Whether you are running your business, or a part of a larger organisation and you manage a business unit, the topic of flexible working, remote working and hybrid working have never been more topical. The global pandemic has shown us just how much is possible when people are forced to work remotely. What have we learned in recent months?

In this on demand CPD course, Claire Jenkins of Effective HRM looks at what you need to consider as employers, with employees returning to the workplace. And if you are a trusted advisor to businesses, who are also facing these dilemmas, what do you need to know in order to be able to assist them to run their businesses smoothly in the face of a post-pandemic workplace revolution.

Topics covered include:

  • How has the last 16 months had a huge impact on the workplace?
  • Has how we manage employees changed?
  • What do employers need to know with regard to H&S and employment law?
  • Can different working arrangements benefit your business?
  • How can employers feel confident that they are doing the right thing for their employees?
