Adrian Alexander

Adrian joined FRP in 2017 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team based in their Brighton office. He has gained extensive corporate finance experience, advising on buying and selling companies, management buy-outs, raising finance, helping clients realise the value they have built in their companies, and deal support services including valuations.

Adrian has worked on a number of ‘two step’ exits that enable owners to realise capital in their companies, benefit from Business Asset Disposal Relief, retain a significant shareholding and incentivise their management teams. He has also provided full lead advisory services to the vendors in a large number of business sales.
