Sue has a strong employment law focus and helps businesses balance their legal obligations with their commercial objectives.

Sue adopts a practical approach to providing clients with advice and assistance to develop and embed practical HR strategies, policies, and processes. Linking into her employment law interests, Sue largely works with clients to ensure their processes and practice are risk-managed in line with meeting business needs. Sue’s assignments typically encompass HR audits, recruitment, and selection, disciplinary, grievance, investigations absence management, performance management, restructuring, redundancy and dismissals.
